I am 13. I have muscular legs and arms but I have man boobs and a fat tummy. How do I get rid of it naturally. I am embarrassed to go swimming. My tummy is kind of fat and have man boobs.

I am fourteen, 141 pounds and 5′10.
I Am skinny but when i put my arms down my “man boobs” are there and its not appealing.
If you know what im talking about you understand how frustrating it is to be skinnyish with these things.
Is there any exercises or workouts SOMETHING that will make my chest less saggy.
P.S. once again yes i am skinny, i am not fat by any means, I am sick of my chest being like this.

Seriously though I wiegh 275 pounds and I have those infamous man boobs. Not to big though but I want them gone or at least firmed and toned. Do I continue cardio or what exercise can I do to make them get first like a strong guy? Thanks in advance.

I am 16 and have had man boobs for 4-5 years. I’m not really overweight but I never seem to have the effort or passion to do any sports. I find them really embarassing, especially when I am wearing t-shirts. Can anyone give me any advice as to how I can hide them or make them unnoticable?
