I need to find a way to lose weight fast thats practical.Dieting doesn’t work for me, and neither does exercise.I’m 5′4 and weigh about 135 pounds. I know thats not terribly big,but I want to lose weight. Im too young for this fat! Thankyou.

I don’t want to know about weight loss drugs, or how to lose weight, I want to know the scientific explanation for weight loss.

I’m trying to lose a significant amount of weight (over 100 lbs.) and am wanting to take steps now to ensure that my skin will be able to regain its elasticity if possible. Preferably, I wish to avoid surgery. NOTE: I’m putting this under Diet & Fitness as the issue certainly concerns weight loss.

I had a baby 4.5 months ago and am exclusively breastfeeding. Just recently my hair began to fall out big time and my weight has also been coming off more easily. I realize that the hair loss is normal, but I’m wondering if there is a correlation between the two. Perhaps the hair loss signals that the pregnancy hormones are out of our system which in turn lets our bodies know that we don’t need the weight anymore. What do you think?

What are you opinions on medical weight loss? Had anyone tried it? I have some problems with binge eating, I need to learn better habits and Ive heard its great for that.

My theghs weight too much but my stomack is perfect an I don’t know how to lose the weight of my theghts an not gain that weight in my stomack at the same time?

I recently saw some dude in my class with small circular ear patches in his ear & my buddy’s mother uses them, too. They are for weight management &/or weight loss, but i do not know what they are called or where to find them.. or how they work. Can anyone help?
