yo im 15 and i workout everyday but no matter how hard i try i still have huge man boobs what should i do

    if your skinny and have big man boobs theres nothing to worry about but you can get it reduced by surgery if thats the case

    What workout do you do exactly? Cardio or muscle building? Details please. Build muscle but you need to get rid of the fat, or they will still jiggle no matter how much muscle you pack on.

    give yourself titty twisters after each workout and eat a lot of mangos. worked wonders for me
