What Are Those Small Weight Loss Ear Patched?

I recently saw some dude in my class with small circular ear patches in his ear & my buddy’s mother uses them, too. They are for weight management &/or weight loss, but i do not know what they are called or where to find them.. or how they work. Can anyone help?

Iv heard about those ( hormapatches) and the fda doesnt know the long term effects. its putting chemicals/hormones in your body. Can I make a suggestion? It seems like you want to lose weight but not be bothered with all the planning involved. There is a website called heavymotivation.com. they have this custom meal generator among a ton of other stuff. It does all of the work for you and the plan WORKS. You select the foods you like to eat from a list and it generates your menu for the whole day. It knows what portions to make for you to lose weight after doing calculations about your specific body. its so easy, just answer the questions. its 30 bucks for a lifetime membership and if you follow it, it willplan your meals. I lost 18 pounds already on it. they people at my gym told me about it. This may be a good idea for you. Good luck.

The companies that sell these claim that it is “FDA Approved” and results in weight loss (an untrue statement). Save yourself the expense, disappointment, and embarrassment — avoid these “miracle” patches.

I would love to know! I have seen someone with a white 1/4″ circle dot behind their ear, and it was for anti-nausea for travel sickness/motion sickness. Not sure if that is a different type patch? Sounds great.

I have used several of their programs, most have rocked, some didnt — so overall, I say that they are safe to do business with and have good programs.

  • For one, you can’t lose 10 pounds in one week. But here are some of my tips to lose a few. You should replace any sodas you drink with water. If you have a craving for one then buy a diet soda. It also helps to eat low-fat foods. You also need to lower your sugar and carb intake. Exercise for at least 30 minutes a day. Get at least 8 hours of sleep. People who sleep too little or too much are more likely to be overweight. I also found this great article in prevention magazine to tone your buns and thighs when you can’t exercise every day. All you need is a set of 2 or 5 pound dumbells(if you want the workout to be more effective). You spread your feet about a foot and a half apart. If using dumbells, hold them in your hands at a right(90degree) angle. You then squat and hold for 3sec.(make sure your knees are not further out than yor feet). Do 3 sets of 12 repetitions(36 times) for 3 days a week. You should see results in a few weeks.
